Dr. Sok Heng is a multi-dimensional and transformational leader, human development & empowerment specialist, entrepreneur and founder of Learning for Success Institute (LSi) and KSH Group. He is an advisor for Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training and a trainer for many international and multi-national corporations, influencing close to 120,000 participants. He has degrees in International Relations, Human Resource Development and Educational Science. He grew up in a poor family in Prey Veng province, but over the years is trained, coached and mentored by worldwide renowned experts in areas of human development, Japanese philosophy, innovation, management & leadership and German entrepreneurship.
