Porject-based learning of the students in the course of Entrepreneurship Approach to Small Business Management (BUS-102) taught by Ms. Say Puthy. The students produced the banana chips -- spicy and crunchy -- under the brand name of "Banana Chips Chorb Chhet". They sold out 256 of 300 packages in the price of 2.5$ or 10000 Riels for each package to the direct consumers and to several super markets in two weeks.
