Qualifications: MSc in Education from California State University, USA and MBA from Pannasastra University of Cambodia. She also graduated in Bachelor of Khmer Literature from Royal University of Phnom Penh

She has taught for various private universites in Phnom Penh such as PUC and WU. She used to be a training consultant for Raoul Wallenberg Institute, and Assistance Researcher and Translator for Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP). During her time at USA, she was an Assistant Administrator for California State University.
