Having been in the higher education work for 14 years and before the current position, he had worked as Director of Undergraduate Programs and External Relations at Pannasastra University of Cambodia, and he had been assigned with an additional duties, namely the First Operation Assistant of Technical Quality Assurance Unit at the same university.

He had also been selected as an External Assessor of Accreditation Committee of Cambodia, Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in assessing 5 higher education institutions in the country. By his passionate and professional career development in the education field, he had served other job titles as Program Manager in NGOs, Academic Chair, HR and Administration Manager, and Teacher of English—to name a few—in other private schools in Cambodia.
